1. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).

• We offer standard and express delivery options based on your preference and location.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We provide domestic shipping wherever legally permitted.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and order value.

3. Packaging & Security

• All jewellery is packaged securely using tamper-evident and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

• All items may require signature upon delivery.

• Every shipment is insured for its declared value until delivered to you.

4. Tracking & Updates

• A tracking number and link will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.

• You will receive updates at key stages — dispatched, in transit, and delivered.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic deliveries: usually 2–5 business days, depending on location.

• Express deliveries: typically 1–2 business days within the UAE.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• In case of loss or non-delivery, we will investigate promptly and offer repair, replacement, or refund based on availability and confirmation of loss.

7. Cancellations & Returns (Shipping-Related)

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (before dispatch).

• Returned items must comply with our Return Policy and be sent back in original packaging.

• Customers may bear return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

8. Identification Requirements

• For high-value orders, ID verification or signature may be required upon delivery.

• Failure to provide required verification may result in delivery delays or return to sender.

9. Remote or Restricted Areas

• Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or incur additional charges.
