You can exchange your gold jewellery at any Meralda Jewels outlets globally with a valid invoice. Diamond/precious gem jewellery can be exchanged at any UAE Outlets with a valid invoice.

Within 15 days of purchase:

• You can exchange your jewellery at full value. Provided the jewellery is in its original condition. Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice.

After 15 days of purchase:

• Gold & Platinum component of your jewellery can be exchanged at prevailing price.

• On diamond jewellery (BeLove, Roohani, Raere), you are eligible for 100% of prevailing price of diamonds and 75% of prevailing price of natural stones (Ruby, Emerald & Blue Sapphire).

• BeOne, exchange will be at 100% of the market price

• On Navah precious jewellery, you are eligible for 75% of prevailing price of natural stones (Ruby, Emerald & Blue Sapphire).

• For jewellery sold at a fixed retail price, you are eligible for 80% of the invoice value (excluding tax).

CASH BUYBACK

You can return your gold jewellery at any Meralda Jewels outlets globally with a valid invoice. Diamond/precious gem jewellery can be returned at any UAE Outlets with a valid invoice and diamond certificate.

• Standard rate deduction policy on prevailing price of gold will be applicable on the gold component of your jewellery.

• On BeLove diamond jewellery, you are eligible for 90% of prevailing price of diamonds and 70% of prevailing price of natural stones (Ruby, Emerald & Blue Sapphire).

• BeOne, you are eligible for 90% of the market price

• On Raere and Roohani jewellery, you are eligible for 80% of prevailing price of diamonds and 70% of prevailing price of natural stones (Ruby, Emerald & Blue Sapphire).

• On Navah precious jewellery, you are eligible for 70% of prevailing price of natural stones (Ruby, Emerald & Blue Sapphire).

• On platinum jewellery, you are eligible for 96% of prevailing price of platinum.

• For jewellery sold at a fixed retail price, you are eligible for 70% of the invoice value (excluding tax).
