Cancellation Policy

At Meralda Jewels, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. However, there may be instances where we need to cancel an order due to reasons such as limited stock availability, pricing errors, or incorrect product information. In certain cases, we may contact you to obtain additional information to confirm your order. We will notify you promptly if an order is cancelled partially or fully, or if further details are required.

Customers may also request to cancel their order before it has been shipped. Upon receiving a cancellation request, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 14 working days, with the refunded amount credited directly to your account.

In cases where payment was deducted but the transaction failed, the full amount will be refunded promptly.

Please note: This policy does not apply to customized jewellery, as these items are specially crafted to order

Shipping Policy 

At Meralda Jewels, we ensure that every order is shipped safely, securely, and without hassle. Each package of jewellery  purchased from meraldajewels.ae is delivered in durable, tamper-proof packaging to maintain the highest standard of quality.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped through Authorized delivery partner and shipping fees are calculated based on the destination. The applicable charges will be displayed during checkout on the billing and shipping information page.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customers must provide accurate consignee/recipient details, including:

• Full name (as per government-approved photo ID)

• Complete address with landmark

• Postal code

• Contact number

At the time of delivery, the recipient must present an original government-issued ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving License) to collect the product. Our courier agent will verify the ID and note the details to ensure safe and secure delivery. Cooperation from the recipient during this process is expected.

Delivery Location

Orders can only be delivered to residential or commercial addresses. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets is not permitted.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make three attempts to deliver the order. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our Dubai office. In such cases, return shipping charges along with applicable import duties will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refunded amount. Customers are advised to ensure availability during delivery.
